Build Shelves
Add a shelf for each real shelf in your bar, in the order you see them: left to right, then top to bottom.
Add Bottles
Search a catalog of more than 2,500 bottles, or tap the mic and say the name. Details and a photo fill in for you.
Set Levels
Drag the yellow line to the top of the pour. Bottle Vault works out the percent, milliliters and ounces left.
Walk Your Bar
Inventory Walk steps through every bottle in the order it stands. Swipe to the next one, adjust the line, keep going.

A shopping list that fills itself
When a bottle drops below 8 oz and there's no sealed backup behind it, Bottle Vault offers to put it on your shopping list, so you restock before you run out. Add anything else you need and check it off at the store.

Questions collectors ask
Is there an app to download?
No app store needed. Open mybottlevault.app on your phone and add it to your home screen. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the browser menu and tap Install app. From then on it opens full screen, like any other app. On a desktop or laptop, just visit mybottlevault.app in your browser.
How does the free trial work?
Everyone starts with the same 30-day free trial, and there’s no credit card to enter. You can add up to 25 bottles during the trial. Whenever you’re ready, during the trial or at the end of it, pick the plan that fits your collection and subscribe to keep building.
How many bottles are in the catalog?
More than 2,500, each with details and a photo, and it keeps growing. Search by name or brand, or say the name out loud.
Is it only for whiskey?
Not at all. Bourbon and whiskey are where most collectors start, and the catalog reflects that, but Bottle Vault keeps track of any bottle on your shelf: tequila, rum, gin, cognac and more. Anything the catalog doesn't have yet, you can add by hand.
What if my bottle isn't in the catalog?
Add it by hand. It's in your collection right away, with nothing waiting on us. We also review bottles added by hand, and where one fits, we add it to the shared catalog so the next collector who owns it can simply search for it.
Is my collection private?
Yes. Only you can see the bottles, shelves and notes in your own collection. The shared catalog holds reference information only, like names, photos and general details, and never includes anyone's personal inventory.
Can I get my collection out of the app?
Yes. Export the whole collection as a CSV file at any time. It opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
What if my collection outgrows my plan?
Move up to the next plan from your account whenever you need more room. Nothing you've entered changes.
What devices does it work on?
Phones, tablets, and desktop or laptop computers. Bottle Vault runs in any modern browser, and the same collection is there on every device you sign in on.
